Transfers have just been decided and I'm staying in the same place with the same companion. I'm glad actually. One thing I've been trying to focus on during my mission is to plan ahead and not worry. We have to live each day to the fullest and best you can and tomorrow will fall into place. Last week when we went down to the beach to write our letters, I wore my exercise shorts and got burned real bad. We can go to the beach on p-day, but we can't swim of course. There are 16 ft. white sharks in this part of the ocean, so it is not very tempting.
There is a sister missionary here who is going home tomorrow because of sickness. We all fasted for her, but I guess the Lord has a different purpose for her now. She has been out 9 1/2 months and is from Melbourne, Australia.
Our investigators are going okay but a lot of them are afraid to make commitments. We are trying though. With much prayer we will succeed. We are praying and working for 3 baptisms on the 5th of February and 3 more on the 12th. We're working hard!
Have a great week!
Love,
Elder Wallentine
